Fagu is a prominent tourist destination of Kufri that rests at an altitude of 2,509 mts. This place is located at a distance of 23 km from Shimla and 6 km from Kufri. Travellers can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, fruit orchards, and forests from this place. A tourist bungalow on the top offers picturesque views of the Giri Valley.

In addition to this, there are many beautiful temples devoted to Banthia Devta, situated in proximity to Fagu. The native wooden carvings on the walls of these temples depict the artistic excellence of craftsmen of Himachal.The place is very popular among trekkers, naturalists, and campers. It is recommended that tourists spend a night at this place, as Himalayas are lit up by lights from Theog, a settlement which is spread longitudinally across these ranges. Many tourists visit Fagu during the month of February, when winter ski fests are organised in the region.
